Acrylic mirror sheets can be used as an alternative to traditional glass mirrors for many applications. This particular sheet does not have an opaque backing and will reflect from both sides. Like all acrylics, it can be easily cut, formed and fabricated. When laser cutting, we recommend reversing your artwork and cutting with the backing side up and the protective film in place for best results.
Two sided mirror is manufactured by applying a metal finish to one side of an extruded acrylic sheet without the opaque backing of standard mirrors. Extra care must be taken when working with this sheet since this finish is rather sensitive and there is no protective backing. If masking is required, it is best to use the factory film masking or a low-tack masking for sensitive materials. We recommend testing your application with small pieces first. This sheet is for indoor use only.
